In fact, the taste is so delicious that one might find it hard to believe such a taste comes from these two ingredients alone! As a low-alcohol drink, this is also a recommended choice for beginners.

The Brewery's Philosophy
It actually takes a rather complicated process and much dedication to achieve the taste offered by AFAP.
When it comes to alcohol production, the balance among the sweetness of rice, the sourness generated from the process of fermentation and bitterness must be carefully considered.
To attain the delicate balance, the craftsmen have to be taking good care of the speed, strength and timing of the fermentation. In short, the responsibility to bring out the best of the raw material of the alcohol is taken seriously by all the craftsmen in the brewery behind AFAP.
As you can see from the photos, even the brand label is filled with cute characters and colorful fruit illustrations - making AFAP a great gift for all kinds of special occasions ranging from parties to anniversary celebration.
Let's see what makes a great pairing food recipe with AFAP in summer time!
